Event Participation Participation in any NaSHA-hosted event requires a signed liability waiver and compliance with all event rules and safety requirements.
NaSHA reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe conduct or failure to comply with event standards.
Firearm Disclaimer Certain activities may involve firearm handling consistent with the shooting horse discipline.
Participants are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal firearm laws.
Participants are responsible for safe handling, transport, and storage of firearms.
NaSHA assumes no responsibility for unlawful or negligent firearm use by participants.
Intellectual Property All content on this website, including but not limited to training manuals, publications, logos, articles, graphics, and digital materials, is the property of NaSHA.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or redistributed without prior written consent.
Earnings and Industry Information Any earnings visibility initiatives or industry-related data published by NaSHA are for informational purposes only.
NaSHA does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party reported data and does not represent official sanctioning records.
