This document includes a release of liability and a waiver of certain legal rights. By signing electronically, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms below and agree to them. Your electronic signature is legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
I grant the National Shooting Horse Association (NaSHA) permission to use the photographs and/or videos I submit for publication, promotion, marketing, educational materials, website content, social media, and print or digital publications related to NaSHA.
I confirm that:
I have the legal right to share these images.
The photographer has granted permission for their use, or I own the images.
Any individuals shown have consented to their likeness being used.
If a minor is pictured, I am the parent or legal guardian and grant permission on their behalf.
I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.
